U.S. Independent Site Shipping Policy
Welcome to our independent site! This Shipping Policy is designed to clarify the processing, delivery and related matters of your orders, provide you with clear and transparent service instructions, and ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. This Policy applies to all orders submitted on this independent site, and placing an order shall be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this Policy.
I. Shipping Coverage
1. U.S. Domestic Shipping
We provide shipping services across the entire United States, covering all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), as well as U.S. overseas territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Among them, additional remote area surcharges will be calculated for Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas (such as some rural areas). The specific fee will be automatically displayed on the checkout page, and the delivery time will be extended by 1-3 working days accordingly.
We support PO Box (Post Office Box) shipping, which is only provided through USPS (United States Postal Service). The delivery time is the same as the standard shipping in the same region, with no additional fees.
2. International Shipping
Currently, we only provide international shipping services to selected countries/regions (please check by selecting the country/region on the checkout page for details). International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes and related handling fees, which shall be borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for paying such fees on your behalf, and the specific amount shall be determined by the local customs. Due to factors such as customs clearance and local logistics, the international delivery time fluctuates greatly, and no specific time commitment is provided. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We do not ship to countries/regions subject to trade restrictions and some small countries/regions with inconvenient logistics. Please refer to the deliverable countries/regions displayed on the checkout page for details.
II. Order Processing Time
1. Regular Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation (including product inspection, packaging, and waybill generation). Orders will not be processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and U.S. federal holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Independence Day, etc.), and the processing time will be extended to the next working day.
2. Order Processing Deadline: Orders confirmed for payment before 17:00 (Eastern Time, ET) each day will be processed as much as possible on the same day; orders paid after 17:00 will be processed on the next working day.
3. Special Cases: If there is a stock shortage, specification abnormality or other problems with the ordered products, we will notify you via your reserved email or SMS within 24 hours to negotiate a solution (such as exchange, order cancellation and refund), and the processing time will be extended accordingly.
III. Shipping Time & Carriers
We have established long-term cooperation with UPS, FedEx, USPS and regional carriers (such as LaserShip on the East Coast and OnTrac on the West Coast). According to the order destination, product weight and the shipping method you choose, we will automatically match the optimal carrier to ensure delivery efficiency and safety. Note: The above delivery time is for reference under normal circumstances. We will try our best to coordinate, but we will not be liable for additional losses caused by delivery delays.
IV. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount, product weight/volume, shipping method and destination. The specific fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page, which can be checked in advance before placing an order. The fee composition includes basic shipping fee (distance + weight/volume), surcharges (fuel, remote areas, special products) and service premium (expedited, additional services).

Standard Shipping (Economy): If the order amount < $40, the shipping fee will be calculated according to ($5.99); if the order amount ≥ $40, free standard economy shipping is available (excluding remote areas, where an additional $3-$15 surcharge is required for remote areas).

Standard Shipping (Fast): A basic shipping fee of $8.99 is charged, and free fast standard shipping is available for orders with an amount ≥ $80 (excluding remote areas, where an additional $3-$15 surcharge is required for remote areas).

Special Products: Fragile goods, liquids, batteries (dangerous goods), oversized items (length over 108 inches), etc., require an additional $5-$30 special packaging and handling fee, which is subject to the checkout page.
2. International Shipping Fee Rules
International shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, volume and destination country/region. There is no free shipping benefit, and the specific fee is subject to the checkout page. Customs duties, import taxes and other fees shall be borne by the recipient. If the package is returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay relevant fees, the round-trip shipping fees and related losses shall be borne by the recipient.
V. Order Tracking
1. Generation of Tracking Information: After the order is shipped, we will immediately send the logistics tracking number and tracking link to your reserved email or SMS. You can query the real-time delivery status of the package through this link, or query it on the "My Orders" page of the independent site.
2. Handling of Tracking Abnormalities: If you encounter "no record", "delivery abnormality" or other situations when querying the tracking information, it may be that the carrier has not updated the logistics information. It is recommended that you query again 24 hours after the shipment; if there is still no tracking information after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team in a timely manner for verification.
3. System Integration: We synchronize package status in real time through the logistics provider's API and set up reminders for overdue undelivered packages. If the package shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 working days, and we will assist in contacting the carrier for verification and handling.
VI. Abnormal Delivery Handling
1. Package Loss
If the package is lost during delivery (the tracking information shows "lost" or it has not been delivered within 7 working days beyond the estimated delivery time without a reasonable delay explanation), please contact us within 3 working days after the expiration of the estimated delivery date. After verifying the situation, we will provide you with two solutions: ① Free re-shipping; ② Full refund (including product amount and shipping fee). We will be responsible for communicating with the carrier for compensation, and no additional operation is required on your part.
2. Package Damage
After receiving the package, if you find that the product is damaged, missing, incorrectly sent or has other problems, please take clear photos of the package outer packaging, damaged product and logistics waybill within 24 hours and send them to our customer service email. We will verify the situation within 48 hours and arrange free exchange, reissue or full refund for you, and bear the logistics cost of returning the product (for quality problems). We will not be liable for package damage caused by your personal reasons.
3. No One to Receive
If no one receives the package when the carrier delivers it, the carrier will make a second delivery according to the carrier's rules (usually with an interval of 1-2 working days). If no one receives it again after the second delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse. After the package is returned, we will contact you, and you can choose to pay the shipping fee again for re-shipping, or apply for a refund (full refund after deducting the original shipping fee).
4. Address Error
Please carefully check the shipping address, contact phone number and other information when placing an order. If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the round-trip shipping fees and related losses shall be borne by you. If the order has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to modify the address; if the order has been shipped, we will try our best to assist in contacting the carrier to modify it, but we do not guarantee success, and any additional fees arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
VII. Return Shipping Instructions
1. Return Premise: Products that comply with the return policy of this independent site can be returned. Returns must be applied for within 30 working days after receiving the product, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
2. Return Logistics: For returns caused by quality problems, we will bear the return shipping fee. We will send a prepaid return label (including RMA return authorization number) to you via email. You only need to properly package the product, paste the label and hand it over to the corresponding carrier; for returns caused by personal reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you. You need to choose the logistics by yourself and upload the waybill number, and indicate the RMA return authorization number in the package to facilitate the warehouse to match the order when receiving the goods.
3. Return Address: After the return application is approved, we will send the specific return address (overseas warehouse address) to you via email. Please do not directly send it back to the original shipping address of the product, otherwise the return process cannot be completed.
VIII. Disclaimer
1. We will not be liable for delivery delays, package loss or damage caused by force majeure factors (such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rains, wars, policy adjustments, carrier strikes, etc.), but we will try our best to assist you in reducing losses.
2. For minor damage caused by the inherent characteristics of the product (such as fragility, perishability), if it does not affect use, we will not provide return or exchange services, which is subject to the description on the product details page.
We are only responsible for delivering the product to the shipping address you specified. If you entrust others to receive the product on your behalf, the signature of the recipient shall be deemed as your own signature, and the relevant responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
The fuel surcharge will be adjusted monthly or quarterly according to the fluctuation of international fuel prices. The adjusted surcharge will be updated simultaneously on the checkout page and this Policy, and no separate notification will be sent to you.
